The P6063B is a passive dual attenuation probe designed for oscilloscopes with bandwidths to 200 MHz. A sliding switch on the probe body selects 1X or 10X attenuation. This 1X-10X switch allows the user to switch in and out a decade of sensitivity without returning to the test instrument. Attenuation may be arbitrarily switched from 1X to 10X to evaluate the effects of loading of the oscilloscope on the circuit under test.
